Nursing Education As A
Career
Becoming a Nurse Educator is a natural outgrowth for a staff nurse
who is a good preceptor. If you are patient with people, and confident
about what you are teaching, Nursing Education is an excellent choice.
There are so many areas in Nursing to choose from, that it’s
a matter of finding the right niche for you.
“Caring with Confidence”
To care with confidence is to provide excellent nursing care, in the
face of increasing demands, with the knowledge that one’s best
practice is not subject to compromise. It’s about doing the
right thing for your patients, even on a bad day. It’s about
keeping your skills and knowledge current, so that your care is timely
and effective, and leaves you with a sense of accomplishment.
